आचार्य पंडित सुनील तिवारी का जन्म एक कुलीन ब्राह्मण एवं संतान परिवार में हुआ। ज्योतिष शास्त्र की प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा अपने पूज्य पितामह तथा भगवान भोले नाथ के अनन्य उपासक गुरु स्वर्गीय पंडित शंकर दयाल तिवारी से प्राप्त ज्ञान के आधार पर गुरु शिष्य परम्परा एवं संस्कृति के साथ-साथ तंत्र शास्त्र एवं हस्त रेखा का ज्ञान प्राप्त किआ।
Acharya Pandit Sunil Tiwari borned in an elite Brahmin family. Based on the knowledge he received from his revered grandfather and Guru Late Pandit Shankar Dayal Tiwari, an ardent devotee of Lord Bhole Nath, his initial education in Astrology, he acquired the knowledge of Guru-disciple tradition and culture as well as Tantra Shastra and Palmistry.
